1. Promoter

2. Promotion Period
The promotion opens at 9:00 am ACST on Sunday, 30 August 2026 and closes at 1:00 pm ACST on Wednesday, 30 September 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to persons aged 18 years or older who reside locally in Mount Gambier, South Australia (Eligible Entrants).
Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of the Promoter, alongside their immediate family members (spouse, partner, parent, child, or sibling), are ineligible to enter.
Proof of local residence may be required prior to awarding the prize.
4. How to Enter
To enter, an Eligible Entrant must complete all of the following steps before the draw:

Attend in Person: Physically be present at the Property Seminar at Mount Gambier City Hall on Wednesday, 30 September 2026 at the time of the draw.
5. Prize & Payment
There is one prize of AUD $5,000 intended to assist the winner with their property journey (e.g., house deposit, renovations, advisory fees, or strategic moves).
The prize will be paid via electronic funds transfer into an Australian bank account in the winner’s name within 14 business days of verifying eligibility.
6. Draw & Attendance Requirement (Immediate Redraw)
The draw will take place live during the Property Seminar on Wednesday, 30 September 2026 at Mount Gambier City Hall.
Must Be Present to Win: The winner will be drawn from all verified attendees. The selected winner must be physically present in the room at the time of the draw.
If a drawn entrant is not present, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize immediately when called, that entry will be forfeited and the Promoter will immediately redraw another entry on the night until a present, eligible winner is selected.
7. Marketing & Media Consent
By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the Promoter taking photos and video footage of them at the event. The winner grants the Promoter a royalty-free right to use their name, image, photograph, and likeness in future marketing, promotional materials, websites, and social media channels without further compensation.
8. Privacy & Social Media
Personal information is collected to administer the promotion and seminar in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
