Our business has always been built on trust and word-of-mouth. To say thank you for your ongoing support, we have officially launched our Referral Program.

Terms and Conditions:

By participating in the Ray White Mt Gambier | Robe | Penola Referral Program (“program”), you are stating that you (“referrer”) agree to be bound by the below terms and conditions in their entirety.

Eligibility

1. To be eligible for the program, referrers can submit referrals via the form on https://forms.monday.com/forms/261470b874085403040f878c87dcef79?r=use1
2. Referrers can make as many referrals as they choose. However, referrals should only be personal connections that will appreciate receiving contact and assistance from Ray White Mt Gambier | Robe | Penola. Referrals should not be submitted where there is no reasonable basis for believing that the referee would benefit from being introduced to us.
3. Referrals are not valid where the referrer and the referee are one and the same person.
4. Referrals are not valid where the referee is employed at the business.
5. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
6. Only qualified referrals are eligible. Ray White Mt Gambier | Robe | Penola has the right to disqualify referrals that are deemed invalid, fraudulent, or submitted in bad faith.
7. The Ray White Mt Gambier | Robe | Penola referral program was launched 19th January 2026. All qualified referrals are gained from this date onwards. Any referrals prior to this date will not be considered.

Qualified referrals

1. The referral is qualified when the referee is a an owner of a property in the Limestone Coast region who has not already got an existing relationship with Ray White Mt Gambier | Robe | Penola.
2. If your referral is not qualified, you will be notified via email within 14 days of the referral date.

Updates to the Terms

1. The terms and conditions of this program are subject to change at any time without notice. This program may also be changed, suspended or terminated at Ray White Mt Gambier | Robe | Penola’s discretion without notice. For further information please email mtgambier.sa@raywhite.com.
